Roger, a New York City meter maid with low self esteem and no life decides to attend a "secret seminar" which promises attendees the confidence they need (through unorthodox methods) to succeed in life and not be a loser. But things take a turn when the lecturer, Dr. P, betrays Roger by trying to steal the girl he likes. Watch to see how Roger tries to steal back the girl of his dreams.
